Mosque
An interesting attraction inside the PETRONAS
Twin Towers is the exquisite Masjid
Asy-Syakirin mosque, also known as the 'Jewel
in the Park'. The walls of the mosque are made
of marble and granite and it was built to
accommodate 6,000 worshippers. Intricate
designs are reflected throughout the mosque,
the work of skilled Uzbekistan craftsman,
specially commissioned to showcase their art.

PETROSAINS
(Petroleum Discovery Centre)
The PETROSAINS discovery center is located
on level 4. Here visitors get a chance to touch
and feel the displays and exhibits. It is
'hands-on' for the curious, especially those
interested in petroleum science.

KLCC Park
The KLCC Park an ideal place to take a break
and relax from all that shopping or just the spot
to gather with friends. Features inside the park
include a water fountain, wading pool,
footpaths, sculptures, murals and a jogging
track.

Aquaria
The "Aquaria KLCC" is a world class interactive
aquatic exhibition center. The 60,000 square
feet of aquarium, features over five thousand
aquatic species and animals as well. The  
interactive Discovery Zones within are
designed around individual kiosks to captivate
guest of all ages.

Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre
Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, within the
complex is a world class facility with highly
advanced technology, hosting international and
regional conventions, trade shows,  exhibitions,
sporting events and private functions.

Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS Nestled
between the towers on the Podium level is the
world-class concert hall. The architecture and
interior design reflects Malaysian motifs with a
seating capacity of 865. The hall is home to the
Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra.

Galeri PETRONAS
For those interested in works of art, this gallery
is a showcase of interesting pieces from
around the world and local artist as well. The
gallery is located on Level 3 and exhibits
artwork using all kinds of mediums from art on
paper to sculptures and fabric.

Skybridge Visits
T
he Skybridge of the PETRONAS Twin Towers
is open to the public.. Admission is free,
however visitors are required to queue for
tickets. Visiting hours are from 9 am to 5 pm
Tuesday through Sunday.

Suria KLCC
Suria KLCC is an upscale shopping center with
six levels of stores including top brand names
like Cartier, Polo, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Tiffany &
Co, Coach and others from around the world.
The crescent-shaped mall has a rooftop centre
court with a view of the Twin Towers. At Suria
KLCC you will also find quaint cafes' cinemas
and some great restaurants.
The 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers, also
known as KLCC, is the world's tallest twin
structures.

Located in the heart of the capital city, it is the
crown of the Kuala Lumpur, and contains a
complex of office buildings, conference halls, a
sprawling park and an upmarket shopping
complex.

Inspired by the geometric shape found in
Islamic architecture, this gleaming
mega-structure was designed by
Argentinian-American architect Cesar Pelli.

Stretching out to one side of this architectural
masterpiece is the spacious and beautifully
landscaped KLCC Park.

Other attractions at KLCC are Suria Shopping
Complex, Petronas Centre, Petronas Art Gallery
and Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, where
The Aquaria Oceanarium is situated.

Those interested in visiting the sky bridge
where admission is free, have to queue up for
tickets. Visiting hours are from 9 am to 5 pm
daily except Mondays.

Highlights include a 90-metre tunnel tank with a
moving travelator where you can marvel at Sand
Tiger sharks, stingrays, marine turtles and
other sea creatures swimming around
unhindered in the vast oceanarium, a
spectacular live show of our divers feeding
these creatures at specified times of the day
and a rare opportunity to come into contact with
live starfish and bamboo shark at our
Touchpool area.
